Svastia Genetics
Svastia offers genomic analysis and clinical reporting workflows to improve cancer treatment outcomes in hospitals and diagnostic laboratories. We offer DNA sequencing (through partners) and reporting as a bundle to our customers and provide clinical reporting service to existing DNA sequencing labs. For biopharmaceutical research, Svastia enables overseas contract research opportunities for hospitals and access to novel clinical genomic data (with patient consent) through its hospital network to accelerate clinical research.
About us:
Svastia has been developed in Cambrdge (UK) by a team of scientists, clinicians and business professionals with 15+ years of expertise from the Sanger Institute (established by the DNA sequencing inventor Fred Sanger, and sequenced the first human genome in the world) and Cambridge University. We have analysed thousands of patients’ genomic data.
Highlights:
- We can collect samples (FFPE blocks, blood/saliva, or extracted DNA) from hospitals all over India and use partners (multiple sites in India) for DNA sequencing.
- For DNA sequencing labs: We offer clinical report preparation from raw genomic data (just upload the data to our Svastia platform)
